Mid-semester breakdowns are completely okay, and sometimes even necessary. It seems like every test, project, and event falls near the same date and we spread ourselves too thin in an attempt to pursue them all. Sacrificing sleep and socializing isn't worth the toll it takes on your mental health. It is important to stay focused, but it is equally important to take time to re-charge your spirits and motivation to be successful!
